Digital Participation in Local Government
With the same philosophy that the Digital Opposition operates for Government bills, we are creating a corresponding platform for Local Government.
The meetings, agendas and decisions of Municipalities and Regions are presented in a simple and understandable way, so that every citizen knows in a timely manner what is being planned and what is going to be decided for their area.
At the same time, citizens gain the opportunity to publicly express their opinion, to participate in the formation of decisions, by voting FOR or AGAINST each proposal or decision before it is made.
The platform aims to enhance transparency, promote citizen participation and create an open channel of communication between local government and society.
Citizen participation should not be limited to elections. Their voice deserves to be heard in every important decision that affects their daily lives.
